Here in the heart of Tuscany, in the former Etruscan area, not far from a historical place is the romantic typical farmhouse. Also some painters have found their inspirations. The view is magnificent and the view over the wood valley, facing south, you can enjoy all-day sun on the terraces. This country house is situated half hill height and is separated into two parts, which are to each other. The upper and the lower house. Built in STONE. Close to the house you can find different various Etruscan caves, also in the house the kitchen was built in such a former Etruscan cave (the old part in the rock). The hiking paths through this Etruscan area attract the slopes below the town. The house is situated halfway between the old town and the river Meleta. A 15m long, path leads downhill from the parking lot to the house, so not necessarily a home for wheelchair users.
Location. 1km to the village. Only about 10 minutes to Sorano, Saturnia (Spas) to Lake Bolsena in 20 minutes, in the mountains of Mt Amiata about 40 minutes, the sea about 50 minutes. Nearest train Orvieto 50km, Pisa airport 240km or Rome airport 150km.

Lower house: a shower room / WC, kitchen with large fireplace (former Etruscan cave visible on the ceiling and walls) an Etruscan cave as a storeroom, living room and two bedrooms.

Equipments: The restoration was carried out in 2008. New kitchen, new bathrooms, heating with electric heaters and a fireplace. Normal window glass. Electricity, water, satellite TV. For year-round use, it would be advisable to perform even insulation measures and extend the heating system. It possesses cotta floors. Open Beam ceiling.
